What payment do you accept?
Victorian Trading Co. accepts four major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept all Canadian personal and business checks, when submitting a check, please use the US dollar amount and write "US funds" on othe memo line. Your bank will automatically calculate the conversion for both check and credit card purchases. Money Orders must be purchased in US funds.

Do I pay duty and taxes on my order?
Goods entering Canada by mail may be subject to duties and taxes (GST, HST or PST) depending on the value of the item and whether it is a gift. There are no duties and taxes on mail order items shipped as gift worth $60 ($59 US) or less. This exemption applies on a per item basis. Items sent to Canadas as a gift by another person must include a card or notice indicating it is a gift. When ordering online, please add a message to the Enclosure Card box on the checkout page. Please request and enclosure card all phone and mail orders. The gift recipient will not recieve a receipt or packing slip; it will be mailed to the gift purchaser.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from Lenexa, Kansas via USPS & Canada Post.
Can you ship to a Post Office Box?
How long will it take my order to arrive?
The average time of arrival is 7 to 12 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery to remote areas may require up to 16 business days. Please allow 2 weeks delivery time prior to a holiday.
May I request rush delivery?
We are unable to offer rush delivery to Canada. All Canadian orders with in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours.
May I return my item? What if my item is damaged?
If you need to return or exchange an item. please call 800-700-2035 (ext.111) on weekdays (9am to 5pm Central Time), for an authorization number and return instructions.
Are there any items that cannot be shipped to Canada?
We are restricted from shipping food items to Canada.
