Just made the Corn Chowder-I used skim milk instead of half and half, 1 cubed potato and added a small bit of cubed ham I had left over. The corn rehydrates and is soft just like fresh corn! The potato, rice, chicken broth and seasonings all together are just delicious. 20 minutes to cook and it tastes like you've worked for hours. Heartily recommend this.
