This is a really good looking piece. It really looks antique! Needed to use a slim edged butter knife, or something similar to remove the clock face. The Button cell battery needs to be inserted into the back of the clock face. I ordered the button cell battery, from Amazon, but later found them at the grocery store with all the other batteries. After inserting the button-cell battery, snap the clock face back into the camera, and it looks lovely and works well! Would highly recommend to anyone that likes antiques, etc.

Very unique item, was a perfect gift for a photography friend of mine. One problem It didn't come with a battery or any instructions. It takes a button cell, and there is no way of knowing what one it uses, as there is not already a battery in it to compare.

This clock looks very realistic sitting on a shelf, and is a fin addition to your collection! The only thing I would suggest would be to include instructions on how to get the faceplate off and what style batteries will be needed. It was pretty frustrating not knowing how to even get the clock to work!
