What payment do you accept?

Victorian Trading Co. accepts four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Your bank will automatically calculate the conversion for credit card purchases. Money Orders must be purchased in US funds. Pricing in our catalog and on our web site is shown in US Dollars.  Because the exchange rate changes daily, please visit http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html to view the current rate.


Do I pay duty and taxes on my order?

Goods entering EU countries by mail may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the value of the item and whether it is a gift.  There are no duties and taxes on mail order items shipped as gifts worth 45 Euros ($62 US) or less.  This exemption applies on a per item basis.  Items sent to EU Countries as a gift by another person must include a card or notice indicating it is a gift.  When ordering online, please check the Enclosure Card box on the check-out page.  Please request an enclosure card on all phone and mail orders.  The gift recipient will not receive a packing slip; it will be mailed to gift purchaser.


How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped from Lenexa, Kansas USA via International Parcel Post


How long will it take my item to get here?

The average time of arrival is 10 to 14 business days depending on the delivery location. Shipping to remote areas may take up to 20 business days.  Please allow 3 weeks delivery time for prior to a Holiday.


May I request rush delivery?

We are unable to offer rush delivery for International shipments, but all International orders with in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours.


May I return my item?  What if my item is damaged?

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 000+1+913-438-3995 ext. 111 on weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time, for an authorization number and returning instructions.


Are there any items that can’t be shipped Internationally?

We are unable to ship food items, shoes and oversized items to International addresses.
