The prim hat worn in many of Kate Greenaway's beloved storybook illustrations is distinguished by the extended bill over the eyes that tapers down in the back.  A corded bracelet loop secures a most dainty hand warmer.  Both pieces are sewn and handfinished in Missouri of black cotton velvet with a soft flannel lining.  Machine washable.
