"Now Christmas comes but once a year, A blessing on us all! A time of Peace and loving cheer, And I must heed the call. Shine forth, ye stars, to light the way, Dear Lady Moon, smile on us now. Make night's path more bright than day, Children await us far below. Soft slumber wraps them ere I climb, down chimney dark to bedside snug, To give the toys for Christmas time, A doll to love, a bear to hug."
