Disappointing Imperfection
The crock would have been considered quality product, but there was a black lump on the side of the tan part of it. Given that this is expensive and nonreturnable because it’s customized, I was pretty disappointed. I have high quality standards. In addition it was shipped in a small box with no FRAGILE on it and no protective wrap inside.
