Poor frame quality
Poor frame quality. The seem where frame is joined is poor. There is a place where it is welded on the front of frame that stands out and is off center and the frame is bowed. It looks like you could easily remove the frame if you wanted to. The picture of Santa is as shown. I think this would be considered rustic and not the better quality I usually experience from Victoria Trading. If you have a dark, less lit place to hang it the poor quality would not be so noticeable. The frame is rustic black not navy as it looks in the photo. I contacted them to see if they can find a better quality one on their shelves or offer to credit me some money as it is not worth what I paid for it. She was very kind and offered to return my shipping cost. I am satisfied as I do like the picture. Thank you Victoria Trading Post for doing the right thing.
