Every Halloween I come up with a dazzling and unexpected costume to greet my husband at the front door. This year I'm going to be the mysterious Irene Adler from Sherlock Holmes complete with soundtrack music. This stylish and well made top hat with its sexy net veil will be paired with a dark grey Victorian jacket, black velvet skirt, dark grey boots, and a pair of red leather gloves from Selfridges. Your products are always a delight, nicely packaged, and much treasured.

This hat turned out to be better than I thought! I have always wanted a Vintage top hat, but, they have either turned out to be either cheaply made or too expensive. This hat is beautifully made, and looks very elegant! I absolutely love it, love it, love it!

Ahhhh - ladies, WHAT a hat this is!! It is 100 as glorious in person as in the photo. Very well made, heavy, solid, beautifully lined, and, obviously, lots of misty gauze/netting for that woman-of-mystery effect. Utterly gorgeous!! I wore it for two Halloween parties going for a steampunk effect and it was Great; can't wait for the next time I am in a show I do theatre where I am playing a Victorian lady; will be perfect. On a wig, with a hatpin - also courtesy of VTC - it is rock solid. I even went bowling in it, of all things, and it never moved.
