very functional
I have a large head and have a terrible time finding hats to fit me. I had a floppy sun hat that fit, but it curled down over my eyes and I couldn't see anything. This one is perfect. I love the bow, the sufficient but not too huge brim, and a HUGE plus is the fact that there is a tie built in that allows you to tighten the hat onto your head so it doesn't blow off at the slightest breeze, which has always been a frustration for me. I haven't worn it to the beach and don't know how that would work in a convertible top, but for my purposes, it is PERFECT! I love it and have gotten several compliments on it.
