Too small
The shrug itself was very pretty, however, I returned it because despite it being one size fits all the sleeves were too small and had no stretch to them making the shrug unwearable. Very disappointed.

The One Size is SMALL
when something is listed as one size one assumes, one size fits all or one size fits most. This is a small/medium at best and has no stretch to it.

One size does NOT fit all nor most
It says it's one size ... the one size is for sure a small. The sleeves are very slim and set very tightly into the bodice.
