DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine package(s), 2 eggs, 1 cup pumpkin and 3/8 cup melted butter or margarine. Mix well by hand. Add 1/2 cup pecans (optional). Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until done. Frost with cream cheese frosting. For alternative substitution: Substiture egg beaters for egg and butter buds for butter.
