I have ordered this type sampler more than once-as usual I am pleased w/ the item. I have ordered from you for a good while and the only item I believe that I returned was a dress years ago thst wasn’t me. I enjoy your catalogs and your choice of merchandise offered to the public.

For the sale price, this item is gorgeous. The frame is a bit cheap looking, but overall I'm extremely satisfied!

Hmmmm....
First, when I received this, I thought it was gorgeous-and it is. But, the fabric in the lower left hand corner from the K downward was not ironed. A very strong crease was there. I turned it around, to the back to take out so I could iron it. There's one problem-you can't take it out! I set it on the couch, going back and forth and seeing if I could tolerate itI couldn'tall I noticed was the crease. So, I returned this item and re-ordered, hoping that first piece was just a fluke. .Well... I just got it today, and while it looks better, there is still a problem on the lower, left corner. It's just not ironed enough, OR whomever is putting in the piece isn't being careful. At least, it looks much better. Perhaps when you order, you won't have this problembut I was surprised to see that two two samplers,had the same problemagain, lessened with this second order. Other than that, it's a beautiful piece.
