I am very excited to try the recipes in this book; they look very straightforward and doable. I was disappointed, however, to find that the photographs of the dishes that were promised in the introduction were not actually included. So I will just have to imagine what a dish should have looked like. But the recipes are sure fun to read!

this is a great book. the recipes sound wonderful, the print is. larger than life bbc so its readable. directions are bbc very easy to follow. even I could cook from it.12172
