Angel Of Honor Candle Holder
Strike a match and pay tribute to someone dear with an Edwardian devotional. Caught between nouveau and deco, a WWI era figure upholds truth and light with great reverence.
The winged figural hails from a stone monument that marks the final resting place of a fallen soldier in northern Europe, "...where poppies grow and soldiers sleep".
Pictured with pillar candle.
- 15" tall.
- Cast iron.

I finally took the plunge and ordered this lovely lady. She is very heavy and fits into my Victorian home perfectly. She doesn't have a lot of detail, but I happen to like that. It only adds to makes her a bit more mysterious.

Kind of a rough casting. I ordered it for my house but it looks more like something you might want to put in the garden. That's probably what i'll do. Heavy and sturdy.

I've been tempted by this angel for several seasons. At first I thought she'd be great outdoors, but once she came into the house, I wanted her to stay. Topped with my favorite scented candle, she's the star attraction in the foyer.

I ordered this candle holder, and am very happy with the quality of the product. It is made of heavy metal that has a sepia look to it. Love it!
