Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of order for standard delivery of non-customized merchandise. Express orders will ship the following business day. Some rural areas may add an extra day. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will be by standard US mail and may take 4-6 weeks. For faster service, please upgrade to 2-Day Rush. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped standard delivery only via Air Parcel Post and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. The rate for shipping to Canada is US Standard + $19.95. Rush service is unavailable for shipments to Canada.

We offer Standard Rush (3-4 business days), 2nd Business Day, and Next Business Day delivery at the rates shown above. A physical street address is required. No PO Boxes, please. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Some rural areas may add an extra day. 2-Day & Next Day Orders placed before Noon Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Custom printed material, back orders, and merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for express service. Next day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $4 per pound over 5 pounds, 2-day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $2 per pound over 5 pounds - this also includes items that meet the Free Shipping criteria.
Backordered items will display an expected arrival date on the product page and in the Shopping Basket (for example, Will ship after 01/01/17). You may place an order for an item expected to arrive at a later date. Backorders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. If your order contains a combination in stock and backordered items, the available items will ship after your order is received while the backordered items will ship after they arrive in our warehouse. You will be charged only when your item ships, and shipping and handling will be prorated to the value of the shipment.
DELIVERY OF FURNITURE & DROP SHIPPED ITEMS
Merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer (indicated by the clock icon) may require additional delivery time and does not qualify for giftwrapping service. Furniture and drop shipped items do not qualify for promotional shipping offers.
Expected delivery times may vary depending on the item. We will provide you with an estimated time line when placing your order. Most pieces are shipped by a freight company, and the carrier will contact you via phone to set up an appointment Monday through Friday (Saturday delivery available in some areas for an additional fee). Rush shipping is not available on drop ship items. We regret that we are unable to ship these items to destinations outside the United States.
Items being delivered by a freight company, denoted by the truck icon, will be delivered into your garage or inside your front door. We offer White Glove Service upon request, which includes debris removal and assembly.
